1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website suburbhaul.xyz (the "Website") and utilizing the services provided by SuburbHaul ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and SuburbHaul.

2. Description of Service (Logistics Concierge)

SuburbHaul operates as a logistics concierge and referral service. We specialize in facilitating the arrangement of vehicle transport by connecting Customers with independent third-party motor carriers ("Carriers").

• Important: SuburbHaul is not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or insurer. We do not own, operate, or maintain transport vehicles. Our role is strictly limited to administrative coordination, quote sourcing, and logistics management.

3. Role and Liability Disclaimer

• Third-Party Performance: All physical transport services are performed by independent Carriers. SuburbHaul does not control the methods, routes, or timing used by these Carriers.

• Limitation of Liability: SuburbHaul shall not be held liable for any physical damage, loss, or theft of a vehicle or its contents while in the custody of a Carrier. Any claims for such incidents must be filed directly with the assigned Carrier's insurance provider.

• No Warranty on Delivery Times: Transit dates provided by SuburbHaul are estimates only. We are not liable for costs or damages resulting from Carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or road conditions.

4. Customer Obligations

• Accuracy of Information: The Customer is responsible for providing exact vehicle specifications (make, model, modifications, and operational condition). SuburbHaul is not responsible for price increases or service refusals resulting from inaccurate data.

• Authority to Contract: By requesting a quote, the Customer represents that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or have been granted express authority by the owner to arrange its transport.

5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

• Service Fees: SuburbHaul charges a concierge fee for its coordination services, which will be outlined in your specific quote or invoice.

• GST Treatment: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia is a broad-based consumption tax of 10% applied to most goods and services. Registered businesses collect this tax from consumers on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). 

• Refunds: Concierge fees paid to SuburbHaul are generally non-refundable once a Carrier has been successfully assigned to the Customer's request.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. While SuburbHaul will attempt to mitigate costs, the Customer may be subject to cancellation fees imposed by the assigned Carrier depending on the timing of the request.
